At Seville Home, less than you’d guess, because guidance should lower the risk of a big decision, not add to it.
The first consultation is complimentary, in the Leawood showroom or your home. If you would like your designer to carry the project further—plans, sourcing, and seeing it through—design time is billed simply by the hour, and your designer will walk you through how that works before anything begins. No pressure, no obligation.

Wonderful. Bring them. When a client arrives with their own designer, we support that designer behind the scenes through our trade program, with product access and the logistics that get the project delivered right. We don’t compete for your designer’s work; our design service is for homeowners who arrive without one.
