Every order includes white-glove delivery and installation by our own crew, across the Kansas City metro: furniture protected, floors and glass handled, the piece placed and leveled in your room, and all packaging removed. After the sale, a customer-care team handles any claims or repairs.

Yes. Designers are a core part of our business. We offer a trade program with designer terms and product access, plus receiving, warehousing, and installation logistics through our sister company Trade Receiving and its 30,000-square-foot warehouse. And we don’t compete for your client: our design service is for homeowners who arrive without a designer.
