Spaces that work hard, furnished beautifully.
Senior living communities, hospitality and event venues, and offices deserve the warmth of a well-loved home, in furnishings built for daily commercial use. Seville Home designers source the furniture, art, lighting and accessories, and our own team delivers, installs and hangs every piece.

Residential warmth, commercial durability
The people who use a commercial space want it to feel welcoming: residents settling into a new home, guests before a wedding, a team at the start of the day. The people who run it need pieces that clean easily, hold up to constant use and meet the building’s requirements.
We design for both. A Seville Home designer chooses pieces that look and feel residential, then confirms each one is built and finished for the way your space is used. One team handles the selections, the ordering, the receiving and the installation, so you have a single point of contact from the first walk-through to the last picture on the wall.

We source from the makers on our showroom floor and well beyond it, so a whole project can come from one place.
Lounge chairs, sofas, recliners, swivels and guest seating, with performance and commercial-grade fabrics.
Dining tables, arm and side chairs, and counter stools for dining rooms, cafes and break areas.
Consoles, credenzas, cocktail and side tables, desks and storage.
Framed art and statement pieces, from a single wall to collections for every corridor.
Lamps, sconces, chandeliers and mirrors that layer light into a room.
Area rugs, pillows, plants and the decorative objects that finish a space.
What changes when a space is commercial
Commercial furnishings often look the same as residential pieces. The differences are in how they are built, tested and covered. These are the questions we answer before we specify.
Requirements vary by building, use and local code. We confirm what your facility requires and select to it.
How it works
We visit the space and learn who uses it, how, and what the facility requires.
Your designer helps you choose the right pieces, fabrics and finishes.

Common questions
Does Seville Home furnish commercial spaces?
Yes. We furnish senior living communities, hospitality and event venues, and offices and professional spaces across the Kansas City metro, from a single lobby to a full building. Recent work includes the private suites at Union Station and the Walk Your Plans KC studio in Lenexa.
Do you offer project pricing for larger orders?
Yes. Larger commercial orders are quoted as a project. Tell us about the space, the rough number of rooms or pieces, and your timeline, and we will prepare a project quote.
Can you meet commercial fabric, fire and cleaning requirements?
We confirm what your facility requires before we specify anything: fabric durability, cleanability, fire ratings and seat heights. Then we source from makers whose commercial pieces are built for that use. Your local code and licensing body set the requirements, and we match our selections to them.
Do you deliver, install and hang art?
Yes. Our own team delivers, places every piece, hangs art and mirrors, and removes the packaging. Through our sister company Trade Receiving, we can receive and hold an entire project and deliver it together.
Can you work with our interior designer or architect?
Yes. We regularly support designers on their projects with trade terms, sourcing, receiving and installation. Designers can start with our trade program. Explore Trade Services.
