Seville Home’s design team plans rooms and whole homes across the Kansas City metro, backed by something most design studios do not have: a showroom of the region’s finest furniture makers and an installation crew of our own. Preferred by designers, open to everyone, and it begins with a complimentary consultation.
Most interior design in Kansas City happens in three separate places: a designer’s studio, a store, and a delivery company, each handing the project to the next. Seville Home keeps all three under one roof, which changes what the experience feels like and who is accountable when it matters.
Every project starts with a complimentary design consultation, on the floor or in your home: layout, scale, how the room is actually used, and only then the furniture. Our guide to the design process start to finish walks through every step.
Designers specify from Bernhardt Interiors, Hancock & Moore, Century, American Leather, Massoud, and more, with custom upholstery built to dimension when stock will not do. You sit on the ideas before you commit to them.
Installation day is ours, not a contractor’s: white-glove delivery, placement, and styling by the same business that drew the plan, then a client-care team for everything after. See the results in our project portfolio, and read the Journal for the stories behind the rooms.

The design studio works from the Seville Home showroom, and projects run from Johnson County to downtown to the Northland.

Look for three things: a portfolio of finished local rooms, clarity about how they charge, and accountability from plan through installation. Seville Home’s design team offers all three, with complimentary consultations, a published project portfolio, and installation by the store’s own crew.
Models vary widely across the metro: hourly, flat fee, or percentage of budget. Seville Home design consultations are complimentary, and full-service design is quoted per project, with much of the design value carried by the furnishings rather than layered fees.
Yes. The team is based in Leawood and works across the metro, from Johnson County to downtown lofts to the Northland, with in-home consultations and white-glove installation throughout.
Photos of the rooms, rough measurements if you have them, and an honest sense of how you live. That is enough; the complimentary consultation is designed to do the rest.
